 My mute loves durian cutlet and has been asking when I can buy the cutlet from Jane’s cutlet Station( Jalan Kayu) for her. Hence for her birthday this time( click then for last time’s birthday cutlet), I decided to singe a durian cutlet.

The reason being I used durian meat, a lot of durian meat to enrich the flavour. The end result? So ambrosial, so strong the flavour 🙂 My verdict? Yum!!! I love durian so the further the better. I suppose I ’m formerly an addict.


The cutlet base is my all time favourite, soft sponger layers. I mixed durian meat with whipped cream and add this in between the sponger layers, also cover singapore durian cake delivery with just lately whipped cream.
